Delivery
We offer national delivery through Fastway, The Courier Guy, Dawn Wing, Courier It, or Online Express, starting from R120, depending on your location. Outlying areas may cost up to R250, and we’re always happy to provide a personalised quote.
For our international clients, delivery is available on a per-order basis. Simply share your address with us, and we’ll provide an accurate DHL quote so your pieces arrive safely and smoothly.
We take care to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition, just as it would in-store.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you purchase from Elizabeth Summer.

Monogrammed items: As these are personalised, all sales are final. Please double-check spelling before confirming your order.

Swimwear: All swimwear sales are final.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs, which are:

R95 for local (JHB)

R120 for regional areas

Up to R250 for rural or remote areas
These costs will be deducted from your credit or applied to your exchange.

Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable, as they are separate from the item price.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on promotion, clearance, or end-of-range are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these products.
Defective Items or Incorrect Orders
If your purchase arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery. We’ll take care of the issue promptly.

We will either arrange collection of the item, repair, replacement, or issue a credit note/online voucher.

Delivery charges for returning defective or incorrect items will be covered by Elizabeth Summer (upon authorisation).

If items are returned beyond 7 working days, or not in their original condition/packaging, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
