Delivery

 

Delivery is available nationally through Fastway, The Courier Guy, Dawn Wing, or Courier it, Online Express - from R95 depending on the area you live in. Outlying areas may go up to R250 but we are happy to quote you. We deliver internationally and this is done on a per order basis where we would require your delivery address details in order to get an accurate costing from DHL.

                                                                                                                                                                      

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We do not offer returns on any monogrammed item. The order is final, and we will not be liable for incorrect spelling if it matches the order.

No returns on swimwear or masks. The sale is final. 

We can exchange goods, please note that the customer will be liable for the shipping costs including both collection and delivery. The cost of collection is R95 for Local (JHB), R120 for Regional Areas and up to R250 for Rural/ Remote Areas. The cost will be deducted from your credit due. You will have 7 days from purchase date to contact us about an exchange or incorrect order.

We do not refund for shipping.                                                                                                                                                                        

Sale Items

Items on promotion, clearance or end of range are not eligible for return or exchange; therefore no refunds will be processed for these products.

                    

Defective Items, Returns and Reimbursement

 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect or if it is the incorrect product, you may return it to Elizabeth Summer within 7 working days of delivery. Elizabeth Summer will be liable for the delivery charges incurred (on authorization by Elizabeth Summer) or Elizabeth Summer will arrange for collection of the defective/incorrect product.

You will either receive a refund (defective items only) or credit note/online voucher, or the product may be repaired or replaced. The courier will be incurred by the client.

If an order is not collected or is returned to Elizabeth Summer within 7 working days and in its original condition/packaging, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.

 

                                                                                                                                                                       

Cooling Off (Cancellation Policy)

 

Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched, provided that the items they are cancelling are not made to order/ not monogrammed / Elizabeth Summer has not placed and paid for a large order on their behalf. Cancellation of an order, packed but not yet dispatched, will incur a handling charge of 15%.

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery charge will not be refunded. You may cancel your purchase by contacting info@elizabethsummer.com

Cancellations requested after items have been dispatched and have been delivered, will be treated as a return. From the date of delivery, you have 15 working days to return items ordered for exchange or refund subject to a handling/restocking fee. After this 14 working day period, Elizabeth Summer reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
